Woodlands Nomads provides custom van conversion information and enquiry pathways from Perth, Western Australia. Any confirmed build, quote, deposit, or project agreement will be governed by separate written terms agreed with you.

The website content, build stories, images, FAQs, and service descriptions are provided for general information. They help explain our approach, but they are not a fixed quote, guaranteed availability, engineering advice, legal advice, or compliance certification.

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but van models, materials, supplier availability, regulations, and project requirements can change.

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that Woodlands Nomads can take on the work.
• Any pricing, scope, timeframe, inclusions, exclusions, or booking dates must be confirmed in writing.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your van, intended use, requirements, and any known issues with the vehicle.
• We may decline or stop progressing an enquiry where the project is unsuitable, unsafe, unavailable, outside our service area, or otherwise not a good fit.

The Woodlands Nomads Build Assistant is provided to answer general questions and help prepare enquiries. It may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect.

Do not rely on chatbot responses as final pricing, engineering advice, electrical certification, vehicle compliance advice, or a promise that a particular build can be completed. Our team must confirm important details directly.

Some parts of the site are restricted to authorised users. If you are given access, you must keep your login details secure and only use the admin area for authorised Woodlands Nomads work.

We may suspend or remove access at any time if needed to protect the website, data, or business operations.

• Do not misuse forms, chatbot features, authentication flows, or admin areas.
• Do not attempt to access systems or information you are not authorised to access.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or spam content.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reuse website content in a way that infringes Woodlands Nomads or third-party rights.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, images, build story content, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Woodlands Nomads.
